Delete your Paqido account

You can permanently delete your Paqido account and the personal information linked to it.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, address and profile photo
Your sign-in credentials. You will no longer be able to sign in.
Any pending sign-up or staff invitation for your email address

What we may keep

Sales, stock, accounting and audit records that a business must keep by law. They stay in the business's books but no longer show your personal details.
Information a business holds about its own staff or customers belongs to that business. Contact the business if you want that removed.

How to delete

In the app: Profile → Delete account.

On this page: enter the email and password of your account below.

If you own a business on Paqido, transfer ownership to another administrator first, or contact us to close the business. Accounts that signed up with Google or another provider have no password, so delete them in the app or email support@paqido.africa.
